Lancashire is the home of Ribble Valley Pilates where we use a form of body conditioning called "Modern Pilates" for people in Lancashire.

Do you want a new body - reshaped, rebalanced and realigned - a body that is leaner, more supple and yet with a hidden strength? 

Pilates is a body conditioning method used to build strength from the inside out.   Pilates rebalances the body with controlled movement and brings the body back to its correct alignment.    Pilates, therefore, promotes flexibility, mobility and reshapes the body, adding tone without muscle mass.

With a hands on personal approach the intimidation and sometimes ineffectiveness of large exercise centres has been removed.   We teach small group sessions in a premier location in the Ribble Valley, The Sanctuary of Healing, Lancashire, where classes are friendly and relaxed.
 
Whatever your age, whether you are: 
  • a complete novice to exercise
  • an elite athlete either rehabilitating from injury or complimenting your sport
  • recovering from injury, wishing to start mainstream activity
  • more mature, feeling the effects of time
  • an experienced exerciser looking for something different
  • interested in alternative methods of exercise
