At Ribble Valley
Pilates a form of Pilates called “Modern
Pilates” is used which uses some of the basic exercises devised by Joseph
Pilates. It is then applied to the knowledge
and scientific evidence we have today to bring his method of training into the 21st
Century. It is a body conditioning method that works by building
strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct
alignment. In doing this Pilates helps to reshape the body, which will become longer,
leaner and more toned.
With a hands on personal, friendly approach the intimidation and sometimes ineffectiveness
of large exercise centres has been removed by using local amenities for classes
which are friendly and relaxed.
